In 2019 besloot Dior de populaire Sauvage-lijn een parfum te geven. Het bevat de bekende mix van bergamot en mandarijn in de top, nootmuskaat, lavendel en Szechuan peper in het hart en een basis van patchoeli, ambroxan, vanille absolue, sandelhout, Virginia ceder en tonkaboon. Achter deze melange zit de neus van François Demachy. Dankzij hem werd Dior Sauvage een instant klassieker en versiert het mannen met zijn kruidig-synthetische noot.
