De Ducray Keracnyl PP smetcrème is ontwikkeld voor huidtypes die gevoelig zijn voor ontstekingsacne. De formule helpt de talgproductie te reguleren, voorkomt ontstekingen en beschermt de huid tegelijkertijd beter tegen de vorming van puistjes. De crème kan ook in overleg gebruikt worden bij topische behandelingen waarna de huid gevoelig is voor ernstige uitdroging.
