Kérastase Genesis Homme Serum Anti-Knot Fortifiant is een behandeling voor dunner wordend haar met neiging tot uitvallen. Aminexil verankert het haar stevig in de hoofdhuid, het valt minder vaak uit en de levensduur wordt verlengd. Bij twee keer per dag gebruik gedurende zes weken wordt haaruitval met wel 45 procent verminderd. Het serum kalmeert ook de hoofdhuid en geeft de huid een licht gevoel.
