De MAC Next to Nothing Face Colour Medium Foundation is een getinte dagcrème voor medium, meer neutrale huidtinten. De fijne dekking wordt aangevuld met een glow-effect. De huid ziet er geperfectioneerd en stralend uit. De romige textuur kan ook onder of over andere foundations worden gebruikt. Kleine imperfecties en rimpeltjes worden direct bijgewerkt.
