De theBalm Meet Matt(e) Hughes Long-Lasting Liquid Lipstick Charming is een langhoudende, vloeibare lipstick die mat opdroogt. De kleur is een koeler mauve dat een balans vindt tussen natuurlijk en helder. De formule plakt niet en is daardoor nog comfortabeler op de lippen. De geur combineert zoete vanille met een vleugje munt voor een fris aroma.
